I had a Computer generated voice call on my answerphone quoting this number and asking me to call "Mike" giving a reference number. said visit www.mackensielaw.co.uk or something. As I NEVER use that number in correspondence can only assume it must be a fishing trip or a scam.

    Agena,
I think this is mackenzie hall who are a debt collection agency.

    Mackenzie Hall Ltd.
    Unit 1A,
    58 Portland Street,
    Kilmarnock,
    KA1 1JG

they could well be fishing for someone with a similar sounding name. Dont give them anything, make them work for it. They are bottom feeders.

Called my land-line with a text message. I called back but the other side hung up half way through an answering machine message. Got another "text" call the next day asking me to call back. 01563 556530 Mackenzie-hall. Checking on the legal framework to record their calls if they do call back in person.
